CNC Programmer/MachinistPrestige Extreme Machining & Manufacturing is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our growing aerospace machining team. This position requires a highly skilled professional who can both program and operate CNC machines in a precision-driven, quality-focused environment.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in aerospace machining, proficiency in WorkNC software, and hands-on expertise with Fanuc and HAAS machine controllers.Responsibilities:Program, set up, and operate CNC machining centersDevelop and modify CNC programs using WorkNC softwareOperate machines utilizing Fanuc and HAAS controllersInterpret complex aerospace blueprints and technical drawingsPerform setups, tooling selection, and first-piece inspectionsEnsure parts meet strict aerospace tolerances and quality standardsTroubleshoot programming and machining issuesMaintain a clean and safe work environmentQualifications:Minimum 5+ years of CNC programming and machining experienceProven experience in aerospace machining preferredProficiency with WorkNC CAD/CAM softwareStrong experience with Fanuc and HAAS controlsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and GD&TStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation (based on experience)Opportunity to work on high-precision aerospace componentsGrowth potential within a quality-driven environmentStable, established company with strong industry reputation
