Job Description Job Description The CNC Machinist either mill or lathe plays a crucial role in manufacturing by setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines lathe or mill to produce precise parts according to specifications. This position involves working as part of a team on project-based assignments, ensuring quality and safety standards are met without any travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Set up CNC machines for one piece or production runs
Operate CNC equipment to manufacture parts accurately
Perform regular maintenance to ensure machine efficiency
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Select appropriate tools and materials for each job
Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues promptly
Adhere to safety regulations and workplace standards
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in CNC machining.
You must be able to provide documentation proving that you are a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected individual) as required for access to ITAR-controlled projects.
