CNC MachinistLocation: Avon, OHAre you ready to take the next step in your CNC career? Nesco Resource is partnering with a growing company in the Avon area that is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join their team on 3rd shift. If you have experience with CNC mills, lathes, or waterjets and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC machines including mills, lathes, and waterjetsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructionsProduce quality parts according to specifications and process control plansInspect finished parts using measuring tools and verify work before inspectionTroubleshoot minor machine and production issuesMonitor machining operations and communicate concerns with Operations and Engineering teamsComplete production paperwork and maintain accurate recordsTrack and report scrap and production irregularitiesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all safety procedures and properly utilize PPEQualifications2–3 years of CNC machining or manufacturing experienceExperience with manufacturing troubleshooting and machine operationsAbility to read blueprints and follow detailed instructionsStrong attention to detail and accuracy with measurementsBasic computer proficiencyHigh School Diploma or GED requiredShift: 3rd shift (Sunday – Wednesday, 7p-530a) Salary: $17 to $21 an hour based on experienceBENEFITS (once hired into the company)401(k) matchingMedical, Dental and Vision insuranceAccident and Life insurancePaid time off10 paid holidaysReferral programBonus programProfit SharingSavings & Investment PlanNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
