CNC MachinistCNC Machinist for precision job shop, offering $23-40/hr, 7+ hours of OT weekly, quarterly bonuses, PTO, Holiday Pay, 401K with match, and medical benefitsSummary – CNC Machinist: We are open to considering CNC Machinists at all levels and are providing pay comparable to your skill level and experience. Our ideal candidate will be proficient with operating, setting up, and programming CNC machinery but we are willing to train on setup or programming if needed.Shift: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pmWhat's in it for you as a CNC Machinist:Competitive compensation with merit-based raises ranging from $23-40/hourQuarterly production bonuses7 or more hours of OT available each weekAffordable, comprehensive benefits, inclusive of PTO, holiday pay, medical insurance, dental insurance, and 401K with company matchLaid-back working environmentSupportive managerial staffStable, consistent workloadResponsibility Summary – CNC Machinist:Set up CNC machinery for new production runs; including inputting CNC programming updates/changes.Operate CNC machinery to produce finished parts.Check CNC machined parts for quality assurance.Qualification Summary – CNC MachinistHigh school diploma required; any secondary education in a relevant field (machining preferred) is however preferredHigh mechanical aptitudeAbility to read and interpret blueprints and work instructionsExperience performing quality assurance checks on CNC produced parts using measurement tools (i.e. calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)Experience with conversational CNC programming, specifically Mazak/Mazatrol equipment preferred
