Job description
CNC Machinist – 2nd Shift & Weekend WarriorAre you an experienced CNC Machinist who enjoys actually running machines, solving problems, and producing quality parts? CPAY Staffing & Recruiting is hiring a skilled CNC Machinist for an established manufacturing company in Fenton, Missouri. This is a great opportunity for someone who knows their way around CNC equipment and is looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with the potential to build a long-term career. If you have experience with Hydromat machines, we especially want to talk to you. Hydromat experience is highly preferred and will make you a standout candidate.What You'll DoSet up and operate CNC machining equipment to produce precision components.Monitor machines throughout production and make adjustments as needed.Perform offsets, tool changes, setups, and basic machine troubleshooting.Read and work from blueprints, drawings, and production specifications.Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet required tolerances and quality standards.Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.Identify machining issues and make corrections to keep production moving.Work with production and quality team members to meet daily goals.Follow established safety and quality procedures.Keep your equipment and work area clean, organized, and ready for production.What We're Looking ForPrevious CNC machining experience required.Hydromat machine experience is highly preferred.Experience with CNC setups, offsets, tool changes, and machine adjustments.Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.Experience using precision measuring equipment.Solid understanding of machining, tooling, and manufacturing processes.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Ability to produce quality parts within specified tolerances.Dependable work history and strong attendance.If you've worked with Hydromat rotary transfer machines, your experience could be an excellent fit for this opportunity. Even if your background is primarily with other CNC equipment, we still want to hear from experienced machinists with strong setup, troubleshooting, and precision machining skills.
