Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist / Programmer with hands-on experience setting up and operating Mazak CNC equipment.
Responsibilities:
Create and edit CNC programs for multi-axis milling and turning machines.
Set up machines, select tooling, and optimize feeds and speeds.
Read blueprints and inspect parts using GD&T requirements.
Troubleshoot machining and quality issues.
Perform basic machine maintenance and deburring.
Document setups and communicate job requirements to team members.
Follow safety and GMP procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
Qualifications:
CNC machining/programming experience required.
Experience with Mazak equipment strongly preferred.
Ability to operate multiple CNC machine types.
Knowledge of blueprints, GD&T, tooling, and precision inspection.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
