Join a growing manufacturing team in Grand Rapids, MI . We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists for multiple shifts with competitive pay based on experience.

Shift Options

A Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

B Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM

C Shift: Friday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay

$24.00 - $32.00 per hour Based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce quality parts that meet customer specifications.

Perform routine inspections using precision measuring instruments.

Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings.

Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and production efficiency.

Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.

Maintain accurate production and inspection records.

Keep work areas clean and organized.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of CNC machining or CNC machine operation experience .

Experience with Gantry Style, Swiss Style, and/or Mill/Turn lathe operations preferred.

Experience operating Murata and/or Star machinery is a plus.

Working knowledge of high-speed manufacturing equipment and precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) .

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.

Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.

Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and continuously improve.
