We are looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join our team on 1st shift. If you have strong troubleshooting skills and enjoy working with tight tolerances, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a clean, organized environment.What You'll Do:Set up and operate CNC lathe machines according to established procedures.Review and interpret blueprints and programs to ensure accuracy.Troubleshoot and break in new products and programs, checking for tool and fixture clearance.Perform first-piece and in-process inspections, making adjustments as needed.Follow 6S guidelines and maintain a safe, clean work area.What We're Looking For:High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of CNC lathe experience in aerospace or similar precision environment.Ability to work within tight tolerances (+/-.001) and established parameters.Skilled in using bore gages, Johnson gages, pitch mics, and indicators for setting work offsets.Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.Why You'll Love Working Here:Competitive pay based on experience.Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.Opportunities for growth and training in a supportive team environment.Job Type: Full-time | Location: Haverhill, MA Shift: 1st Shift
