Lead CNC Mill Machinist (1st Shift)$30.00 – $35.00 per hour · Full-time, 1st shift · (South Jersey)A precision manufacturing company in South Jersey is hiring an experienced Lead CNC Mill Machinist (Horizontal Mills). You'll program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines, lead setups and troubleshooting for operators, and machine high-precision parts.What you'll doProgram, set up, and operate CNC milling machinesCreate and optimize CNC programs using CAM softwareAssist operators with machine setups and troubleshootingRead and interpret blueprints and engineering drawingsInspect finished parts with precision measuring instruments and verify tolerancesFollow manufacturing procedures and safety standardsWhat we're looking forExperience programming, setting up, and operating CNC millsProficiency with CAM software and CNC programmingBlueprint reading and precision measurement (micrometers, calipers, gauges)Strong mechanical aptitude; reliable and quality-focusedBonus points forMulti-axis machining centers · CAD/CAM · custom/high-precision partsLarge horizontal boring mill or manual machining experience
