CNC Machinist IIIJob Description Location and Compensation • Buffalo, NY • Salary Range: $28.85 - $47.60 Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.Key Responsibilities: • Expertly operate and troubleshoot HMC, mill-turn, grinder, and balancer machines across various part families. • Serve as a subject matter expert in safety, quality, and SOP compliance. • Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve complex machining or process issues. • Champion 6S workplace practices and promote continuous improvement initiatives. • Lead root-cause analysis in collaboration with engineers and team leaders when technical issues arise. • Mentor and train junior machinists, supporting skill development and team knowledge transfer. • Recommend process optimizations and support pilot runs or new setups as needed.To succeed, you will need The ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing a direct threat to safety or health of employees or others.
