CNC Machinist Apprentice OperatorExpress Employment Professionals is hiring on behalf of a local client!Are you looking to grow your career in manufacturing and machining? Our local client is seeking a CNC Machinist Apprentice Operator to join their team. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, quality-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.Pay$20.00 per hourPosition SummaryThe primary function of the Machinist Apprentice Operator is to load and unload parts from CNC machines while ensuring all parts meet drawing specifications and manufacturing inspection requirements. The top priority is maintaining production by keeping machines running efficiently and producing quality parts.Job ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload parts in and out of CNC machinesKeep assigned CNC machines operating efficiently to maximize productionEnsure parts meet drawing specifications and Manufacturing Inspection Plans (MIP)Perform inspections using proper measuring tools, methods, and proceduresAccurately document inspection results on MIP paperworkCommunicate effectively with shift leads, managers, and the operator on the opposite shift to ensure smooth production handoffIdentify, tag, and document nonconforming parts according to AS9100 procedures and work instructionsMaintain accurate production and quality recordsFollow all safety, quality, and company proceduresQualificationsAbility to read and follow engineering drawings and manufacturing instructionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityMechanical aptitude and interest in CNC machiningAbility to use inspection and measuring tools accuratelyStrong communication and teamwork skillsManufacturing or CNC experience is a plus, but training may be providedPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to stand, walk, and move materials throughout the shiftAbility to work in a manufacturing environmentWhy Work with Express Employment Professionals?Weekly payOne application, multiple job opportunitiesDedicated employment specialists to assist with your career goalsOpportunity to gain valuable experience in the machining and manufacturing industryApply today with Express Employment Professionals and start building your career with a respected local manufacturer!Contact Express Employment Professionals for more information or to apply.
