The Work You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
Set up and operate CNC machining centers supporting large-part production
Perform machine adjustments and troubleshoot equipment, controllers, and machining processes
Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing requirements
Select tooling, establish offsets, and set appropriate feeds and speeds
Inspect machined components using precision measuring tools
Perform in-process checks to ensure quality standards are maintained
Operate overhead cranes for handling large workpieces
Maintain tooling, equipment, and shop organization
Work independently with minimal supervision

What We're Looking ForRequired:
2–3+ years of CNC machining experience
Experience with CNC turning and/or CNC Swiss equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience selecting tooling, offsets, feeds, and speeds
Strong inspection skills using precision measuring tools
Comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred:
Experience with large-part manufacturing environments
CNC milling experience
Experience operating overhead cranes
Additional setup or troubleshooting experience
