And we want you to be part of it.Job DescriptionPosition SummaryWe are seeking skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinists to support high-quality manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate combines strong machining knowledge with hands-on problem-solving ability and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, GD&T, and work instructions.Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, feeds, and speeds for efficient production.Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks using precision measuring instruments.Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust programs or machine settings as needed.Optimize cycle times and machining processes to improve efficiency and reduce scrap.Maintain production schedules while ensuring product quality standards are met.QualificationsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum 3 years of machining experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, materials, and tolerances.Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T.Proficiency using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, Siemens, or similar controls preferred.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.Manual dexterity and ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment.Work EnvironmentThis position operates in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, machine noise, metal shavings, lubricants, and moving mechanical parts.
