Job Description Job Description CNC Machining experience is a plus but not required - we welcome entry-level candidates with mechanical aptitude or technical training, as well as experienced machinists looking for their next opportunity. Join a leading precision manufacturing organization producing high-precision components for the aerospace and defense industries. Located in Mesa, AZ, this full-time, onsite, permanent role pays $20 - $29/hour and offers 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) or 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM).

Shift/Schedule: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) or 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM) - candidate's choice

Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machining equipment to produce parts that meet engineering specifications and quality standards
Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments, gauges, and metrology equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical work instructions
Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments to maintain quality and productivity
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to resolve manufacturing challenges
'Qualifications
Required:
Previous CNC machining experience is desirable but not required - candidates with machining education, technical training, or strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manufacturing documentation
Basic understanding of precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Preferred:
Swiss CNC machining experience
Experience with CNC lathes, mills, or multi-axis machining centers
Background in aerospace, medical device, defense, or other precision manufacturing environments
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles
