CNC MachinistWith Staff Management | SMX, you'll get a weekly paycheck, learn new skills, meet new people, and work with a great management team in a clean and safe environment. This position offers a pay rate of $27.66/hour on both 1st and 2nd shifts. The role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. Pay Rate: $27.66 / hourDuties:Use ERP software to log time and production dataRead work orders, flow sheets, and part drawings to determine job requirementsLoad and verify tools and fixtures for each jobPull and verify materials from the staging area according to WOPAC requirementsUpload and download machine programs in coordination with programmersPerform manual inspections to verify blueprint dimensionsSubmit first article and final inspections to Quality AssuranceRun all parts required for production ordersConduct in-process inspections during production runsMaintain a clean and organized work area and machinePerform daily and monthly preventive machine maintenanceCommunicate effectively with supervisors to ensure successful job completionBuild fixtures as neededMake program edits when requiredComplete additional tasks as assignedPosition Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in: CNC machining, blueprint reading, using manual inspection gaugesExperience working with ERP systems for data collection is preferredStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvementRequirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old. Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.Work Location: Mitsubishi, Mesa, AZ 85205. Industry: Manufacturing.The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $27.66 - $27.66 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
