CNC Machinist - Mills, Lathes & Swiss MachinesAre you an experienced CNC Machinist looking to advance your career with a company that invests in cutting-edge technology and employee growth? We are seeking skilled machinists with experience operating CNC mills, lathes, and Swiss machines to join a high-precision manufacturing team serving industries such as aerospace, medical device, defense, and automotive.Experience in setup, operation, troubleshooting, or programming support, we want to hear from you.Pay & ShiftEarn up to $45/hour based on experience1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Weekend Shifts AvailableOvertime opportunities availableLong-term, stable career opportunityResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC Mills, Lathes, and Swiss MachinesPerform machine setups including tooling, fixtures, offsets, and workholdingRun first articles and make machine adjustments as neededRead and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructionsUtilize precision measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, indicators, and gaugesMonitor production to ensure quality and efficiency standards are metTroubleshoot machining and tooling issuesMaintain tight tolerances on precision machined componentsPerform in-process inspections and document resultsCollaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processesPreferred Machine ExperienceExperience with one or more of the following is highly desired:CNC Vertical & Horizontal Mills3-Axis and 5-Axis Machining CentersHAAS, Doosan, Mazak, Mori Seiki, Okuma, and Makino equipmentCNC Lathes with Live Tooling and Y-Axis CapabilityTwin-Spindle / Twin-Turret LathesSwiss Machines including Citizen, Star, Tsugami, and MiyanoQualifications2+ years of CNC machining experience preferredExperience setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, or Swiss machinesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and GD&TStrong understanding of machining processes and toolingExperience using precision measuring equipmentAbility to hold tight tolerances and produce high-quality partsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsManufacturing, aerospace, medical device, defense, or precision machining experience is a plusWhy Join Our Team?Competitive pay up to $45/hourFlexible shift optionsModern, climate-controlled facilityAdvanced CNC technology and equipmentCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesStable workload with long-term employment potentialCollaborative, team-oriented cultureThis is a Permanent position based out of Minnetonka, MN.The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
