Job description
CNC Machine OperatorWe are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on CNC machining experience who can independently set up and operate equipment while producing accurate, high-quality parts.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC machines according to work orders and specificationsLoad materials and select the appropriate tools and machine settingsRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurementsMake offsets and basic program adjustments as neededInspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and proper dimensionsUse calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring toolsMonitor machines throughout production and identify potential issuesPerform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshootingDocument production and inspection results accuratelyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all quality and workplace safety proceduresRequirementsPrevious CNC machine operation experience requiredExperience completing CNC machine setupsAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsAbility to use precision measuring toolsStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailUnderstanding of machining tolerances and quality standardsAbility to recognize and correct basic machine or production issuesDependable with consistent attendanceAble to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shiftAble to work independently and as part of a manufacturing teamPreferred QualificationsExperience with CNC mills, lathes, or similar equipmentPrevious experience in precision manufacturingKnowledge of tooling, feeds, speeds, and machining processesApply today if you have proven CNC machining experience and are looking for a full-time opportunity with a growing manufacturing team.
