CNC MachinistTrillium Professional is now seeking a CNC Machinist in New Bedford, MA!Responsibilities:Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and tolerances.Operate CNC milling machines ensuring precision in machined parts.Utilize precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers, to verify dimensions.Program CNC machines using GD&T and CAM software, ensuring adherence to quality standards.Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot any mechanical issues that arise.Collaborate with team members to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.Machine Specifications:SHIBAURA BTH-110.R18 -X 100" Y 80" Z 60"Live Table: Weight Capacity 22,000 lbs. with 24" Rotary Table & TailstockPay rate is $52.40/hour. Overtime available.Experience:7+ years of experience requiredMust be able to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings including an understanding of geometric dimensions and tolerancesMust be able to operate a PC and use MS WordProficient with various precision measurement toolsUnderstanding of G CodeMust be fluent with programming skills using computer aided software (Mastercam)Competent with FANUC controlsTrillium Staffing has been recruiting and hiring CNC talent for over 30 years.
