CNC 5 Axis Programmer / Manufacturing Technology Specialist

Petersen Products is a design-and-build company that creates engineered solutions for unique customer applications. We are seeking a technically skilled, analytical individual who enjoys solving problems and turning ideas into finished products.
This position requires:
* Competence in G-code 5 Axis programming
* Experience with SolidWorks, Driveworks, ODM
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* The ability to lead and collaborate effectively with engineers and shop employees
* A willingness to apply your expertise while learning additional skills
Our team serves global pipeline contractors, U.S. Department of Defense research and manufacturing projects, and customers across a wide range of industries.
Technologies and equipment used at Petersen include:
* SolidWorks and Mastercam programing
* CNC machining and 3D printing
* CNC fabric cutting nesting
* Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Power BI
* AI programming tools, including Claude
* Industrial sewing and assembly
* RF and heat welding
* Metal welding
* Vulcanizing and molding
