CNC Machinist/Programmer OpportunityAre you an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer with at least 5 years of hands-on machining experience? This is a great opportunity to join an established precision manufacturing company specializing in CNC machining and EDM services in a fast-paced job-shop environment where no two days are alike.In this role, you'll work on a variety of precision components and take ownership of jobs from blueprint and raw material through programming, setup, machining, inspection, and completion. You'll use your expertise in Mastercam, CNC programming, tooling, workholding, and precision measurement to produce quality parts to print specifications and tight tolerances.This is a full-time DIRECT HIRE opportunity for a skilled machinist who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and is confident making machining decisions independently. It's a great opportunity to join a hands-on manufacturing environment where your experience and attention to detail will have a direct impact on the finished product.CNC Machinist/Programmer DutiesProgram, set up, and operate CNC mills and CNC lathes using Mastercam.Take jobs from print and raw material through programming, setup, machining, inspection, and completion.Select tooling, workholding, feeds, and speeds based on job requirements.Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring equipment.Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and equipment issues while maintaining quality and production schedules.Schedule:Condense Schedule M-Th 6:30a-4pPay: $35/hr- $40/hr based on experience and level of programmingCNC Machinist/Programmer RequirementsAt least 5 years of hands-on CNC machining experience.Strong proficiency with Mastercam and CNC programming.Experience programming, setting up, operating, and inspecting jobs independently.Experience with both CNC milling machines and CNC lathes.Strong blueprint reading, GD&T, tooling, workholding, feeds and speeds, and precision measurement skills.Benefits Offered By Employer Upon Permanent Hire401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceLocation: Chandler, AZ
