We're hiring CNC Machinists who take pride in producing high-quality parts and working with tight tolerances.Shift Options1st Shift 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM2nd Shift 4:30 PM - 1:00 AMWhat You'll DoSet up and operate CNC mills and lathesRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work ordersMake machine adjustments, tool changes, and offset correctionsMonitor machining operations to ensure quality and efficiencyInspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring toolsVerify dimensions and tolerances throughout production runsTroubleshoot minor machine and tooling issuesMaintain a clean and safe work areaProduce precision parts that meet customer and engineering specificationsWhat We're Looking ForExperience operating CNC mills and/or lathesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsExperience making offsets and machine adjustmentsFamiliarity with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instrumentsExperience with Fanuc, Haas, G-Code, or similar controls preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityOne year of CNC machining experience, technical training, or equivalent experience preferredWork EnvironmentThis position is located in a precision manufacturing facility producing components for the oil & gas, aerospace, and industrial sectors. Machinists work with CNC mills, lathes, tooling, and inspection equipment in a production environment where quality, accuracy, and safety are top priorities. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
