Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest CNC machinery, and we are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team of experts.Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to operate and maintain our advanced CNC machines, including TRAK VMC, MILLS, and SIEMENS systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming, setup, and operation, with a keen eye for precision and quality control. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC machines, including TRAK VMC, MILLS, and SIEMENS systems, to produce high-quality parts and components according to specificationsRead and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications to determine machining requirementsProgram, set up, and optimize CNC machines for various manufacturing processesPerform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performanceMonitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and consistencyVerify dimensions of machined parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gaugesCollaborate with engineers and production team members to improve manufacturing processes and efficiencyMaintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and regulationsDocument and report any issues or discrepancies in the production processTrain and mentor junior machinists and apprentices as neededParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest innovative solutions to enhance productivityQualifications and SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification or associate degree in machining or related field preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist, with demonstrated proficiency in TRAK VMC, MILLS, and SIEMENS systemsStrong knowledge of G-code programming and CAM softwareExcellent understanding of metalworking processes, cutting tools, and materialsProficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specificationsExperience with precision measuring instruments and quality control techniquesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issuesExcellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
