CNC MachinistLocation: Troy, PAJob Type: Full-TimePay: $25–$30 per hour, depending on experienceWe are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up and operating CNC machines and be comfortable working from blueprints and technical drawings.Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC machinery to produce precision componentsRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructionsLoad programs and make necessary machine adjustmentsSelect and install appropriate toolingMeasure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipmentMake offsets and adjustments to maintain part quality and dimensional accuracyMonitor machines during production and troubleshoot issuesPerform quality checks throughout the machining processMaintain accurate production recordsPerform routine machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organizedFollow all safety and quality proceduresQualifications:Previous CNC machining experience requiredExperience with CNC setup and operationAbility to read and interpret blueprintsKnowledge of cutting tools, tooling, and machining processesExperience using precision measuring equipmentStrong attention to detailMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEqual Opportunity StatementExpress Employment Professionals is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
