Twinsburg, OH $27.00-$34.00/hr + Shift Differential
Johnson Service Group (JSG) is partnering with a leading aerospace precision gear manufacturer to hire experienced CNC Machinists for a Direct Hire opportunity in Twinsburg, Ohio.

Compensation
$25.00-$34.00/hour , depending on experience
$2.00/hour shift differential for 2nd Shift
Available Shifts
1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM
This is a Direct Hire Position
Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or CNC mills to manufacture precision aerospace components.
Work from blueprints, process sheets, setup sheets, machine status boards, and written or verbal instructions.
Machine, install, or re-cut chuck jaws as required.
Install tooling and perform complete machine setups.
Download and upload CNC programs and make minor program edits when necessary.
Produce parts to extremely tight tolerances while meeting quality and production requirements.
Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments.
Inspect your own work and, when required, verify the work of other machinists.
Operate multiple machines and support different machining departments as needed.
Enter production information into the ERP system.
Safely load and unload component parts.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience .
Experience setting up and operating CNC lathes and/or CNC mills .
Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and manufacturing processes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions in English.
Basic math skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent attendance and reliability.
