Job description
CNC MachinistSeeking a reliable and motivated CNC Machinist who is willing to support multiple aspects of production.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, adjust, and operate CNC lathes and milling machines (experience with wire EDM or grinders is a plus)Select and install appropriate cutting tools based on program requirementsRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsPerform shop math, including calculations for dimensions, tolerances, speeds, and feedsMonitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiencyHold tight tolerances and ensure parts meet specificationsSet up and operate basic manual machine tools as neededComplete production tasks accurately and within established timelinesQualificationsPrior experience as a CNC MachinistAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyStrong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and close-tolerance workKnowledge of blueprint reading and measurement toolsAbility to pass background and drug screening
