We're hiring a full-time Machine Operator. Pay is based on experience and knowledge.
SHOWING UP ON TIME EVERY DAY IS A MUST
Responsibilities:
Operate manual and CNC machines (lathe and mill)
Change tools for each job and set up machines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Read and interpret technical drawings
Convert fractions to decimals and understand measurement systems
Follow safety and quality standards
SHOW UP ON TIME AND WORK THE FULL SHIFT
Prior experience with lathes and mills
Ability to read mechanical drawings
Strong math and conversion skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Bonus Skills:
CNC programming or setup
Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and precision tool
