Machine and deliver high-quality parts in demanding aerospace materials (Hastelloy, Inconel, 17-4 PH, etc.).
Program feeds, speeds, and depth of cut to match material specs and tooling guidelines.
Measure finished parts using CMM, calipers, bore gages, pins, and micrometers before handoff.
Identify and stage tooling ahead of each setup to avoid machine downtime.
Partner with Manufacturing on troubleshooting, time estimates, and creative fixturing solutions.
Keep ERP documentation and time entry current for accurate scheduling.
What Makes You a Fit
3–5+ years of machinist experience in an R&D or low-volume manufacturing environment; aerospace experience strongly preferred.
Comfortable across conventional and CNC machines, and familiar with welding equipment.
Solid working knowledge of G & M code programming (Mastercam/NX).
Strong mechanical aptitude and a knack for creative problem-solving under tight tolerances.
Self-directed, able to deliver under pressure and hit customer/management deadlines.
Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
What You'll Have
A shop full of experienced machinists and support staff who know this work inside and out.
Real ownership over your setups — you decide the approach, the tooling, and the process.

Aerospace industry experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of G & M code programming (Mastercam/NX).
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to develop creative solutions to problems.
