CNC Machinist$22 – $30 / Hour | Full-TimeYoungsville, LANow hiring experienced CNC Machinists for a well-established manufacturing company in Youngsville. This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently handle the full machining process from setup to finished product.Duties May Include:Independently set up and tool CNC machines (lathes and/or mills) based on job requirementsRead, create, and modify G-Code programs (no conversational programming)Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine dimensions, tolerances, and machining sequenceMeasure, mark, and prepare materials for machiningSelect and secure fixtures, tools, and attachmentsSet machine controls (speed, feed, coolant, depth, angle)Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as neededPerform in-process and final dimensional inspectionsTroubleshoot machining or assembly issues with team membersPerform routine maintenance and report equipment issuesRequirements:Minimum 5+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing settingStrong experience with full-cycle machining (setup to completion)Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsProficiency in G-Code programming and editingExperience with machines such as:DoosanHwacheonOkumaMori SeikiPumaStrong math skills and attention to detailHigh school diploma or equivalentSchedule:Full-timeOvertime and weekends as neededPay:$22 – $30 per hour (based on experience)Weekly Pay & Benefits Offered:Holiday PayHealth InsuranceDentalVisionShort-Term DisabilityLife Insurance401(k)Direct Deposit
