Job DescriptionThis position is a DIRECT HIRE ROLE from day one
Responsibilities:
Setup and operate CNC milling and or Lathe machines producing precision parts (1st shift)
Operate Swiss machines (single and/or multiple spindle) (2nd shift only)
Set up and operate CNC milling machines (5-axis and mill-turn) (1st or 2nd)
Programming using CAD/CAM software – Mastercam (1st shift)
Reading and understanding blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T symbols and specifications
Routine maintenance on machines as needed
Ability to edit at the machine
Using hand tools, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
Inspecting finished parts
Troubleshooting and resolving issues
Qualifications:
Previous CNC milling or Lathe experience
Experience with Fanuc, Okuma or Brother controls
Experience with CAD/CAM software – Mastercam is a PLUS
Able to read and understand blueprints and engineering drawings
Able to use micrometers, hand and power tools
Schedules Available:
Monday – Thursday
3:15 PM – 1:45 AM (Second Shift)
Monday through Thursday
6am to 4:30pm
Compensation & Benefits:
$45.00 an hour based on experience for programming
$33.00 an hour plus 15% shift diff. based on experience
