CNC Mill Machinist
Location: 11911 Steele Creek Rd Charlotte, NC
Reports To: Manufacturing Manager

Position Summary: U.S. Bottlers Machinery Company is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for producing high-quality work and while meeting company quality standards and production schedules.
This is a 1st Shift position, working Monday through Thursday from 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC milling machines
Understand machine tooling, feeds, speeds, and depth of cut requirements
Maintain required tolerances and specifications
Inspect and verify completed parts for accuracy and quality
Complete required paperwork and production documentation accurately
Follow written and verbal instructions
Communicate effectively with team members and supporting departments
Maintain a safe and organized work area
Qualifications:
Required:
Experience operating CNC milling machines
Familiarity with vise jaws, cutting tools, fixtures, and machining accessories
Experience machining stainless steel, hot rolled steel, cold rolled steel, cast iron, aluminum, and brass
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Ability to use measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, scales, thread gauges, and pin gauges
Ability to meet tight tolerance requirements
Ability to complete required documentation accurately
Ability to work overtime as needed
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
Ability to safely lift and move materials as required
