CNC Mill Machinist-Direct Hire$30 to $40hrJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist proficient in operating 3 and 5 axis machines. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in CNC operations and a dedication to precision and efficiency.ResponsibilitiesOperate and manage CNC mill machines, including 3 and 5 axis setups.Ensure precision in machining parts by adhering to specifications.Maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC operations.Essential SkillsProficiency in CNC operations, particularly CNC mill machines.3-5 years of experience in CNC machining.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with companies such as Owens Machine and Tool, Icon Machine, Precinmac, Applegate, or Decatur Machining is preferred.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Why Work Here?Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes dental, medical, and vision coverage, along with a 401k plan.
