Joining our team means becoming part of a dynamic, innovative, and caring community.Job SummaryThe machine operator applies principals for CNC machine operating, took off-setting, inspect machine parts, deburr parts, accurate data keeping, and basic maintenance of equipment.ResponsibilitiesFollows documented procedures for generating assigned production work daily.Utilizes a microscope to inspect parts and identify quality issuesRefers to blueprints to ensure jobs are processed in accordance with specificationsMonitors equipment to ensure that it is in proper working order. Recommends maintenance and repairMaintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.Requirements1-3 years of experience as a CNC Mill Machine Operator in a machining or high-tech manufacturing environment preferred.Demonstrated ability using windows based computersStrong work ethic, is reliable to report to work every day, and works a full shift and overtime as needed.Flexible and willing to work on a variety of jobs depending on business needAnalytical abilityDetail orientationStrong oral and written communication skillsAt Biomerics, you will be part of a collaborative and growth-oriented organization dedicated to improving lives through innovation and manufacturing excellence.
