That's why we're proud to offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package designed to support your health, security, and work-life balance.Compensation:New hires for this position typically start between $28.08 and $35.10 hourly, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions. Read blueprints, drawings and diagrams to ensure customer specifications are met. Perform machine programming and train new employees.What you'll bring (required qualifications):High School Diploma or G.E.D.1-3 years' experience operating machinery.Knowledgeable in reading and understanding blueprints, drawings, and customer specifications.Experience with tight tolerances.Preferably you'll bring (preferred/desirable qualifications):Experience on Mazak machines.EEOPioneer human services is an equal opportunity employer of minorities/women/individuals with disabilities/protected veterans and does not unlawfully discriminate under federal, state, or local laws.
