This position is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components. The ideal candidate will have experience with Mazatrol and Fanuc controls, strong technical knowledge of machining processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced production environment.Responsibilities:Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision partsDevelop and optimize machining programs using Mazatrol and Fanuc controlsRead, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to machining processesPerform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges to ensure accuracyWork closely with engineering teams on design modifications and improvements using SolidWorksTroubleshoot machining issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments when neededMonitor machine performance and conduct preventative maintenance to ensure efficiencyAssist with plastics machining or injection molding processes as requiredMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standardsQualifications:Proven experience as a CNC Mill Programmer, CNC Machinist, or related roleProficiency in programming and operating CNC milling machines with Mazatrol and Fanuc controlsStrong ability to interpret and apply blueprints and technical drawingsFamiliarity with SolidWorks or similar CAD software for design interpretationSkilled in using precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, and bore gaugesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentDesired Qualifications:Advanced expertise in multi-axis milling and Mazatrol programmingExperience with plastics machining or injection molding processesKnowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practicesStrong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and repair experienceBackground in high-volume precision manufacturing environmentsPackage Details:Bonus401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceOr refer someone
