Requires only general supervision.Minimum Qualifications:Job knowledge through suitable education or prior work experienceAble to read blueprints4th axis experienceProgramming a mustKnow correct speeds and feeds, tooling, design and manufacturing of fixturesSpecific Duties:Program and Set up horizontal & vertical CNC millsMake proper set-up to give rigidity to work pieceWork with materials such as cast iron, steel, bronze, brass and other non-ferrous materialsHold tolerance of.003 inchManufacture and inspect blueprintUpkeep daily preventative maintenance logPhysical Demands:Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularlyRequires frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling of parts and part containersMay be required to stand for long periods of timeMay involve some repetitive motionsDue to the open environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity and coldThis list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as it may be deemed necessary.
