CNC Mill Setup OperatorReliable Equipment Manufacturing Co. is currently looking for a full-time CNC Set-Up Machinist to aid our growing production needs. We serve our parent company Reliable Equipment, which provides a global electrical utility industry with tools and consumable components. We proudly manufacture and assemble our tools in the United States, ensuring we provide the safest and best product in the Utility Line Industry, to keep the power on in homes and businesses nationwide.Duties:Perform setups and run production on Haas, Hitachi, and Robodrill CNC machiningEdit and update programs for jobs as requiredDeburr and prepare parts for inspections and/or following operationsUnderstand proper use of inspection equipment and validate conforming partsMaintain machine and workspace: fill coolant and way oil, remove chips and debrisHorizontal Machining experience is a plusOther duties as assignedQualifications:HS Diploma or equivalent3+ years experience in machining preferredWe offer a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, vision and prescription.
