CNC Milling ProgrammerLocation: Lititz, PAChoose the schedule that fits your lifestyle:1st Shift Monday – Thursday 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM $27.00 – $33.00/hrWeekend Shift Friday – Sunday 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM $33.75 – $41.25/hrBuild Programs. Solve Problems. Drive Production.We're looking for a skilled CNC Programmer who enjoys taking a part from concept to production. In this role, you'll create and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software, troubleshoot machining challenges, improve manufacturing processes, and work closely with operators to ensure quality and efficiency.If you have CNC programming experience and enjoy working in a precision manufacturing environment, we'd like to talk with you.What You'll DoCreate CNC programs from 3D models, blueprints, and engineering drawingsDevelop efficient milling and machining strategies using CAM softwareCalculate feeds, speeds, tooling requirements, and machining parametersTroubleshoot program, tooling, and production issuesRead and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical specificationsSupport process improvements that increase quality and productivityAssist with tooling selection, setup planning, and manufacturing documentationInspect finished parts and ensure quality standards are metCollaborate with machinists and operators to drive successful production runsOperate CNC equipment as needed to support manufacturingWhat We're Looking ForRequired:1-3 years of CNC programming experience OR 5+ years of CNC machining experienceExperience reading blueprints and technical drawingsKnowledge of G-Code and M-Code programmingStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsHigh school diploma, GED, or trade school certificationPreferred:CAD/CAM software experienceCNC milling programming experienceGD&T knowledgeManufacturing process improvement experienceWhy Join Us?Employee benefits offered by our client.
