Job description
CNC Operator
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CNC Operator to join a dynamic team in Burgettstown for second shift. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process, ensuring the efficient operation of CNC machinery and contributing to our overall production goals.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate various CNC machines and manufacturing equipment.
Identify and rectify non-conforming products to maintain quality standards.
Troubleshoot machinery issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
Safely and accurately load materials into machines.
Collaborate with co-workers to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Communicate effectively with management to align on productivity objectives and address any challenges.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols at all times.
Participate in tasks related to product manufacturing, including material handling, quality control, and process improvement research.
General Skills and Qualifications
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Preferred: 1 year of experience or completion of a relevant trade school program (not mandatory).
