Job description
CNC OperatorResponsible for operating multiple CNC machines within established standards while inspecting parts throughout the machining process. Ensures product quality and meets production targets.Responsibilities:Set up and operate multiple CNC machines simultaneously; cross-train on all equipmentRead basic blueprints, load/unload parts, and inspect to maintain tolerancesUse precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gage pins, depth micrometers)Monitor machine performance, make adjustments, and report issues as neededMaintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all procedures and documentationPerform additional duties as assignedRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent1+ year of experience with multi-axis CNC machines (routers, horizontal/vertical mills preferred)Basic blueprint reading and understanding of tolerancesProficiency with precision measuring instrumentsWorking knowledge of tooling and machining componentsBasic math skills and ability to follow instructionsAbility to operate multiple machines and adapt in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to work overtime as neededShift schedule will be 4:00pm to 2:00am, Mon-Fri: (Will train on 1st shift).
