Now Hiring – Production Level 1 / CNC OperatorWe are currently seeking motivated individuals for an entry-level Production Level 1 / CNC Operator role in a manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity to start or grow a career in precision manufacturing.Pay: $18.00/hour Shift: 6:00-4:30PMJob Overview: Employees will assist in the manufacturing of glass and optical components by operating CNC machinery. Work is repetitive, hands-on, and requires attention to detail in a fast-paced production setting.Key Responsibilities:Operate CNC machines (drilling, grinding, milling, etc.)Load raw materials and prepare machines for production runsFollow blueprints and written/verbal instructionsMonitor machine performance and make basic adjustmentsInspect finished parts for quality and accuracyMaintain safety standards and clean work areaPerform repetitive production tasks with focus and consistencyRequirements:High School Diploma or equivalent preferredWarehouse or Manufacturing experience 1-2 yearsAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a teamComfortable with standing for long periods and repetitive motionAbility to lift up to 40 lbs (up to 75 lbs in some areas)Basic math and reading skillsCall us today !
