CNC OperatorDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring CNC Operator workers for a manufacturing and industrial equipment production company in Detroit Lakes, MN. In this role, you’ll independently operate CNC lathes and milling machines to produce high-quality precision components while supporting a team dedicated to innovation and craftsmanship. Read below for more information!Operate CNC lathes and milling machines to manufacture precision partsRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specificationsMonitor machine performance and make offsets to maintain quality standardsPerform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring toolsTroubleshoot machining, tooling, and material issues during productionSet up and adjust CNC machines for different production runsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment1–2 years of CNC machining experience requiredAbility to safely and independently operate CNC lathes and milling machinesExperience setting up and adjusting CNC equipment for production runsProficiency using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instrumentsStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workAbility to troubleshoot minor mechanical and machining issuesHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
