If you're passionate about precision machining, enjoy solving technical challenges, and want to be part of a team that takes pride in quality workmanship, this is the opportunity you've been looking for.Why Join Us?Be part of a collaborative team that values knowledge sharing and mentorshipOpportunities for advancement into higher-level machining and technical rolesCompetitive pay, excellent benefits, and ongoing training opportunitiesWhat You'll DoAs a CNC Operator II, you'll play a key role in producing precision components that meet high standards of quality and performance.Responsibilities Include:Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and machining centersRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work ordersLoad materials and secure workpieces for machiningPerform inspections using calipers, gauges, and precision measuring toolsVerify part quality and ensure specifications are metComplete production records and work order documentationPerform routine machine maintenance and housekeepingSupport team members and assist with operator trainingIdentify opportunities for continuous improvementMaintain a safe and organized work environmentWhat You BringRequired Qualifications5+ years of CNC machining or manufacturing experienceAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsKnowledge of machining techniques and CNC operating proceduresExperience using precision measuring equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityBasic to intermediate math skillsExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyFlexibility to work overtime when neededPreferred QualificationsManufacturing or machining experience in a production environmentTechnical, vocational, or trade school training5 Axis machine experience, including set-up and operationHaas, Doosan hands-on experienceWhat It's Like Working HereAt The Gund Company, we believe great products are built by great people.
