CNC Operator IICNC Operator II – Day Shift Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts Employment Type: Full-Time Presented by: Symbiotic ServicesOverviewSymbiotic Services is hiring a CNC Operator II to set up and operate CNC machinery while contributing to continuous improvement and quality initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up CNC machines using blueprints and job specificationsDetermine feeds, speeds, tooling, and machining sequencesPerform first article inspections and coordinate QA approvalsAdjust machine settings to maintain precision and efficiencyOperate multiple machines and perform secondary operationsTrain and support other operatorsEnsure product quality before moving to next stageMaintain clean and safe work areasRequirements1–3 years CNC setup experience3+ years manufacturing experienceExperience with offsets, G52, and probingAbility to read blueprintsProficiency with precision measuring toolsWork EnvironmentIndustrial setting with machinery, noise, and airborne materials PPE required at all times
