Our team works on innovative projects for customers across multiple industries, combining additive manufacturing, machining, inspection, and problem-solving to create unique solutions.We're seeking a skilled CNC professional who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys learning new technologies, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.What You'll DoAs a CNC Operator/Advanced Manufacturing Technician, you'll play a key role in both production and R&D projects by:Programming and operating CNC equipment using CAD/CAM softwareSupporting additive manufacturing and fabrication processes within our lab environmentInterpreting engineering drawings and GD&T requirementsPerforming inspections using CMMs and other quality equipmentTroubleshooting machining and equipment issuesAssisting with routine machine maintenance and upkeepEnsuring projects are completed on time and meet customer requirementsMaintaining accurate project documentation, reports, and quality recordsCollaborating with engineers, technicians, and customers on innovative manufacturing solutionsFollowing all safety, quality, and ISO 9001 standardsWhat Makes This Role UniqueWork with advanced manufacturing technologies, including ultrasonic additive manufacturingParticipate in both production and research & development projectsGain exposure to engineering, machining, quality, and fabrication functionsContribute to innovative customer solutions rather than repetitive, high-volume production workJoin a growing team focused on continuous learning and technical developmentWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent5+ years of manufacturing experience, including conventional machiningExperience with CNC machining and CAD/CAM programmingAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and specificationsWorking knowledge of GD&TStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work safely in a manufacturing environmentAbility to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 poundsAbility to pass a drug screeningDue to the nature of our work, candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holderPreferred QualificationsExperience with 3-, 4-, or 5-axis CNC machiningExperience with CMM programming and inspection equipmentExposure to additive manufacturing technologiesExperience working in ISO-regulated manufacturing environmentsWork ScheduleFull-time, 40 hours per weekPrimarily assigned to either 1st or 2nd shiftOccasional schedule adjustments may be required based on production needsOvertime opportunities may be available with management approvalBenefitsHealth & WellnessCompetitive medical and dental insurance premiumsVision insurance at no cost to employeesBoot allowancePrescription safety glasses allowanceTime Off2+ weeks of PTO after 30 daysPaid holidaysFinancial Benefits401(k) with company matchQuarterly bonus program based on company performanceSkills-based pay increasesProfessional DevelopmentTuition reimbursementCareer growth opportunitiesHands-on experience with advanced manufacturing technologiesAdditional PerksScholarships for family members of full-time employeesCompany-provided and laundered uniforms after 90 daysEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
