Pay Rate: $25.30 - $27.50 per hour
Schedule: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM | Monday - Thursday

Education Requirements
High school diploma, GED, vocational training, or equivalent technical education required.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
Basic math skills, including measurements, calculations, and dimensional analysis.
Experience Requirements
1-3 years of experience in CNC machining, manufacturing, construction, mechanical assembly, or a related industrial environment.
Experience with CNC router setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of CNC programming, machine codes, tooling, and machining processes.
Experience using precision measuring instruments and quality inspection equipment preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with production reporting systems and computer software applications.
Excellent communication skills and commitment to continuous improvement initiatives.
Ability to adapt to changing production priorities and work overtime as needed.
Physical Capabilities
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
Capable of lifting, moving, loading, and positioning materials and finished products safely.
Ability to operate machinery and handle tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Must be able to maintain focus on quality, accuracy, and safety standards for extended periods.
Job Duties
Set up and operate CNC routing equipment using established programs, work instructions, and production schedules.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents to manufacture parts to specification.
Gather required tooling, materials, and equipment needed for production runs.
Load, unload, and transfer materials while following all safety and quality procedures.
Monitor machine performance, adjust tooling and offsets, and troubleshoot issues to maintain product accuracy.
Perform in-process and final quality inspections using measuring and inspection tools.
Complete secondary operations and finishing work during machine cycle times as required.
Record production, labor, and material usage accurately in company systems.
Perform routine machine maintenance and monitor tooling for wear or damage.
Move completed products to designated staging, inspection, or storage locations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while meeting production, quality, and efficiency goals.
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve processes and support operational success.
