The ideal candidate will ensure precision machining of components according to engineering specifications while maintaining quality, safety and efficiency standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and Maintain CNC Vertical Mills, Horizontal Mills and Lathes, including tooling and work holding devices.Load raw materials, calibrate machines and verify proper alignment before production.Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).Conduct routine maintenance and keep machines clean and operational.Maintain accurate production records and report deviations from specifications.Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or CNC certification preferred.1–3 years of experience operating CNC Vertical Mills, Horizontal Mills and/or Lathes.Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with Fanuc, Haas, or similar CNC controls.Knowledge of precision measurement and defect detection.Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
