This role focuses on the precise setup and operation of CNC machinery, ensuring high-quality production standards, compliance with safety protocols, and continuous improvement through cross-training opportunities.
Responsibilities
Set up multi-axis CNC machines for production runs
Perform quality inspections to maintain product standards
Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations
Operate CNC equipment efficiently and accurately
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience in CNC operation
High school diploma or equivalent
Experienced in machine setup and blueprint reading
Skilled in precision measurement and quality control
Strong mechanical aptitude and safety awareness
Effective problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work well within a team environment
