CNC OperatorGreat opportunity for an experienced CNC Operator in Monticello, IA looking for steady work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment with opportunities to learn and cross-train.$20.00/hour1st Shift: 5:00am - 3:00pm (Monday - Thursday)CNC Operator Responsibilities:- Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications and blueprints- Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T- Perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, ID gauges, and other precision measuring tools- Load and unload materials and finished parts weighing up to 50 lbs- Complete production and quality documentation- Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all PPE requirementsRequirements for CNC Operator:- Previous CNC operating experience required- Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T- Experience with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other machinist measuring tools- Strong attention to detail and quality- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs- Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple areas
