Join a growing team where your expertise is respected, your hard work is rewarded, and your opportunities are unlimited.What We Offer:$34-$40/hour based on experience Unlimited overtime available Flexible start time: 5:30 AM - 6:00 AM Full-time Monday-Friday schedule Comprehensive benefits package:MedicalDentalSupplemental Insurance401(k)Company-Paid Life InsurancePaid VacationPaid HolidaysSick TimeYour Birthday Off!What You'll Be Doing:Set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipmentOperate vertical boring millsWork with fabrications and castingsRead and interpret blueprintsUse precision measuring instrumentsPerform machine setups with minimal supervisionOperate forklifts, overhead cranes, and large equipmentProduce high-quality machined components safely and efficientlyWhat We're Looking For:3+ years of recent hands-on machining experience Experience with CNC and manual machines Ability to work independently Knowledge of fabrication and casting processes Vertical boring mill setup and operation experience Blueprint reading skills Experience using precision measuring tools Forklift and overhead crane experience Familiarity with MasterCam Fanuc Controls experience is a plus
