CNC Operator - Press Brake (Bilingual - English/Spanish)Location: Adkins (On-site) Job Type: Full-Time | W-2 (Hourly) Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 7:00 AM - 5:45 PM (45-minute lunch) Pay: Starting at $22.00 per hour Reports to: Production Supervisor / Operations ManagerAbout Top Metal SolutionsTop Metal Solutions is a growing metal fabrication company near San Antonio, specializing in high-quality structural components, racks, CNC cutting, welding, and industrial coating services. We are committed to precision, efficiency, and building a strong team-oriented culture.Position SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Operator to support daily production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.This role focuses on operating CNC equipment using pre-programmed files provided by our Engineering team. The ideal candidate has experience operating one or more CNC machines and is willing to learn additional equipment as production needs grow.Equipment Used in Our FacilityCNC Cutting Tables: Laser, Plasma, and RouterCNC Press BrakeKey ResponsibilitiesSafely operate and monitor CNC machinesLoad material and run pre-set programsPerform basic machine setup and adjustmentsInspect finished parts for quality, dimensions, and accuracyRead work orders, blueprints, and production instructionsUse measuring tools such as tape measure, caliper, and gaugesWork with materials such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminumMeet daily production goalsKeep work area clean, organized, and safeCross-train on additional equipment as neededQualificationsLegal authorization to work in the United States1 to 3 years of CNC machine operating experienceExperience with one or more CNC machines (Laser, Plasma, Router, or Press Brake)Basic knowledge of blueprint reading, technical drawings, and measurementsExperience working with metals such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminumWillingness to train and operate multiple machines as production needs requireStrong attention to detail and qualityDependable with good attendanceAbility to work in a team environmentBilingual (English / Spanish)Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsLift up to 50 lbs as neededFrequent bending, reaching, and movement throughout the shiftComfortable working in a manufacturing environmentWhy Join Top Metal Solutions?3-day weekends every weekCompetitive pay based on experienceStable full-time positionGrowth opportunities and trainingSupportive team environmentExpanding company with long-term opportunitiesApply TodayIf you have CNC experience and want to grow your career in manufacturing, we'd love to hear from you.
